The view of Mount Fuji from the rooftop onsen was breathtaking. It was such a stunning experience to soak in the hot springs while gazing at the majestic mountain.
The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, with different wings and floors. It was easy to get lost, especially for first-time visitors.

Stunning views and fantastic service. the hotel is located in a serene location with breathtaking views of the mountains. the staff was very friendly and made our stay even more comfortable. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was delicious and included many local delicacies. the private onsen experience offered in the room was truly relaxing and unforgettable.
Limited English language proficiency and a bit pricey. Though the staff was friendly, they had difficulty communicating in English, which made it a bit difficult for us to navigate the property.

This hotel is such a great value for money. The prices are reasonable for the amenities and services they offer. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property. From the beautiful gardens to the stunning views of Mt. Fuji, every aspect has been thoughtfully designed. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel special.

Located in the scenic Fuji area, this hotel offers a serene and picturesque setting. the stunning gardens, complete with a river, create a peaceful atmosphere. the public dining area provides a cozy space to enjoy meals and socialize. the convenient location to Kawaguchiko station makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as private onsen baths and beautiful views of Mount Fuji from the rooftop.
Some guests noted a slight language barrier which may have caused minor communication challenges.

The hotel is well located in a stunning Japanese garden, offering beautiful views of Mount Fuji. The rooms are tastefully decorated and some even come with a private bath and a view of Fuji. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
